By using Mmokoli, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Mmokoli is a platform connecting tenants with landlords for rental properties, and connecting buyers with sellers in our Artistry marketplace. We also process payments through M-Pesa, EcoCash, and Banks.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Do not use the platform for illegal activities
• Respect other users' privacy and rights

4. Payments & Fees

Booking fees, order fees, and boost fees are non-refundable unless a landlord declines your booking. Rent payments are between tenant and landlord. Mmokoli is not responsible for disputes between users.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mmokoli provides a platform for connections. We do guarantee the accuracy of listings, the reliability of landlords, but not the quality of products. Use the platform at your own discretion.
